By using SwipeLeft.lol ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SwipeLeft.lol is an AI-powered tool that analyzes dating profile bios and generates feedback, scores, and rewrite suggestions. Output is generated by an AI and is meant to be funny and honest — not clinical, professional, or guaranteed to be accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
The Service is offered on a paid basis. We offer a $2.00 single-session plan and a $10.00 unlimited plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid session, contact us at hello@swipeleft.lol and we will work it out.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing. There are no refunds for partially used billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is hateful, targeted at a specific real person without their consent, or in violation of any applicable law. The Service is for analyzing your own dating bio — not for attacking other people.
Attempting to circumvent payment requirements, reverse-engineer the Service, or exploit its backend in any way is prohibited.
The roasts, scores, verdicts, and rewrites generated by the Service are produced by an AI model. They are subjective, sometimes wrong, and always meant to be taken with a sense of humor. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or effectiveness. Using AI feedback to improve your dating profile is entirely at your own risk (though we think the risk is pretty low).
We do not store your bio. Once a roast is generated and delivered to your browser, the input is discarded. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The SwipeLeft.lol name, branding, and site design are proprietary to Garber Digital. The roast output generated for your bio is yours to use however you like.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI output, or specific results from using the rewritten bio.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeLeft.lol and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
